~~~~~Do Your Bit for Your Planet ~~~~~
Help clean up the air
If everyone in the US replaced one
standard bulb in their house with one CFL bulb,
it wll reduce greenhouse gasses, cut your electric bill,
and emit 75% less heat per bulb into the atmosphere.
It's an easy and inexpensive way you and your friends
can actually make a change in the air we breathe.
Make sure to get "Warm White" or 2700K bulbs. They don't look
blueish like flourescent bulbs, the light they omit is
like a regular incandescent bulb.
Why don't we have electric cars for short distances
and use petroleum for long distance travel?
Or a combination of solar, free energy and petroleum?
That would balance out our power needs so the planet wouldn't
be so taxed in one specific area.
Why are we not moving toward treating illnesses with energy, light and sound?
We've created this world around us. Let's think beyond
this place of fear, and create a new planet that's
kind, truthful and open. Our history as humans on this
planet goes back hundreds of thousands of years, why
have we not learned from our mistakes of the past?
Turn your thoughts away from doom, fear, social collapse, and
economic crash and start thinking how we're going to fix this place.
Here's something you can watch to wake yourself up:
It is my opinion that we should not be slaughtering and eating the inhabitants of the planet.
Be a Meat Reducer
Meat-intensive diets contribute to worldwide environmental degradation
- to global warming, deforestation, desertification, water pollution and
the malnourishment of millions of people. -Vegan Society
You can cut down on your carbon footprint
by eating veggie meals at least one day a week.
It's incredibly easy!
